17-year-old Scotty McCreery from Garner, North Carolina is the winner of American Idol Season 10. The American Idol 2011 Finale got a record of 122 million votes, with most of the votes went to Scotty
McCreery.
Scotty is the 6th male to win the said popular singing competition in the US. Lauren Alaina, 16, was the Season’s Runner Up.
The American Idol Season 10 finale was a star-studded one, featuring performances from Beyonce, Tom Jones, Tim McGraw, Jack Black, Carrie Underwood, Bono, The Edge, TLC, Lil Jon, Kirk Franklin, Tony Bennett and JLo’s hubby Marc Anthony.
